The Richmond Town Hall is available for private events to Town of Richmond residents only.
Hall deposit - $50.00
Hall rental fee - $75.00
The rental is for ONE DAY ONLY within the hours specified on the rental agreement form. Early access for decoration, setup, food preparation, or other purposes is not permitted. If access to the hall is needed on the day prior to your event, that day must be reserved and the applicable rental fee and deposit paid.
Renters are responsible for returning the hall and grounds to their original clean condition following the event. Failure to properly clean the hall and return tables, chairs, and other items to their designated locations will result in forfeiture of the rental deposit. All garbage and refuse must be removed from the Town Hall property by the renter. Garbage may not be left inside the hall, outside the building, or elsewhere on Town property.
To reserve your date, please complete the Town Hall Use Agreement Form and return it, along with a check for the deposit of $50.00 and a check for the rental fee of $75.00, to:

Upon receipt of the completed agreement form and payments, the Clerk will email confirmation of your reservation, a copy of your completed rental agreement, and information regarding where the key will be available on the date of your event.
