DRIVEWAYS/CULVERTS
A permit is required for the installation or modification of a driveway or culvert within the Town of Richmond. Please complete and submit the Driveway/Culvert Application Permit prior to beginning work.
Requirements and construction standards for driveways and culverts are established in Ordinance No. 2017-4 Driveway Ordinance.
ZONE CHANGE REQUESTS
Property owners requesting a change in zoning classification must complete and submit a Zone Change Application to the Town of Richmond.
The completed application must include a map of the property and the $250 application fee. Applications are referred to the Town of Richmond Planning & Zoning Commission for consideration.
